When I converted my car to standard a few years back, I think I cut the hole a little large to the front, the dust booth doesn't quite cover the whole by about 1 inch, I will have to figure something out for this later.

This is what it looks like with cooler and adapter removed, I took pic so I would remember orientation of adapter plate (in case it mattered), turned out its impression was pretty obvious the next day when I reinstalled.

Here is $230 CAD worth of fuel line materials. After exchange and shipping and duty it was pretty high but it worked flawless and looks good. Hopefully it's clear enough you can see part numbers to save yourself some searching.
