H4 halogen headlights with the black backing to match and blend with the black paint. Brand new old stock amber from parking lights. Both parking lights purchased separately 10 months apart because they don't make them anymore. Slight shade difference, being one came from Canada.

My hood's clearcoat destroyed while covered with a water resistant canvas tarp during engine swap. The hot FL summer heat caused the plastic coating to melt onto the hood. Needs to be sanded and repainted.

For those wondering about the paint: Eastwood's "Malibu Sunset Metallic Orange" and "Boulevard Black." The clearcoat is Kustom Shops Clear (horrible junk). Rear deck lid cleared with DuPont (awesome).

Engine painted with Duplicolor "Chevy Orange Red" high temperature paint (ceramic enamel paint). With these engines, you must have a heat barrier attached to the bottom side of hood; my choice, the 3/4" Hoodliner.
