So i just had a guy "rebuild" this. And im having issues trying to get it to turn over. Had a different guy tell me im missing pieces on this side. And the flap that is supposed to open and close doesnt move or vent properly at all. I paid 100 for this non operational carb and would appreciate some help. Either how i might attempt to make this current one work or where to locate a good rebuilt one. Im not looking for fancy just something stock. Its got a 305 v8.
