Bent rim... :( is it ruined?

Car: 1986 IROC-Z/28
Engine: LB9 TPI
Transmission: 700r4
Bent rim... :( is it ruined?
So the VERY edge of my IROC rim is bent up a little bit at a 90 degree angle. The affected area is TINY, is there any way I can bend it back in place? (imagine taking a paper disc (rim) and bending one cm in from the edge).

It will probably crack or break if its bent back. To fix it correctly will require welding and refinishing
