Did you try general web searches for ARE 398 and BBS RS center caps? That's what you're searching for, right, center caps? Here are three sources I just found right now while reading your thread.

3D printed. There are some excellent chrome paints that should make finishing them an easy DIY project. And there are places online that produce center cap emblems, any size and design.
ARE 398 center cap | 3D CAD Model Library | GrabCAD

This one appears to either reproduce the BBS RS caps, or stock new and/or used. Maybe you can get them without emblems, but if not, emblems pop-out easily. Then get your own emblems made.
BBS RS Hex Caps (¼ Height) – Sensei 6

And here's a set of BBS RS caps on ebay. You'd have to get emblems made for these, too.
BBS RS Hex Nuts RC Center Caps 15 16 17 18 19 Inch Large Thread 2.76in Vw Bmw | eBay

Or just leave BBS emblems on them. Who'll know?
thank you
