Please allow 2 weeks from the time we recieve payment to ship date. We have bad weather and many requests. We are currently pulling parts on Tuesdays and most Thursdays. Locating and pulling some of the parts has been difficult due to the weather. If we can get them out faster, we will. We currently spend alot of time in doing, "Where's my part" correspondence and we can assure you that if it's paid, it will be there. Sometimes 3-4 times only a day or 2 after we pull the part. In the event you part has not arrived 3 weeks after we receive payment, please contact us with the status. We have many cars to part out and at times, we have to check several yards for a single part, and may need to come back on it, in the event it has been already taken, crushed or destroyed. This will benifit all of us and we will make better use of our time to pull and answer requests, and many other questions.
We strive for excellent customer service, and would like to answer all posts and have time to ship more efficiently!
