Just ordered my new heads! Upgrade time :)

I have the early carb motor with the small valves & needed to do the seals (oil puff on hot starts).

Figured the later heads would be a nice bolt on upgrade since they have the larger valves.

I found a smokin deal on rebuilt heads, $150 shipped for the pair!

These'll go nicely with the new Eddy intake I have coming

And yeah, I know... I'm less than 10 bolts away from just yanking the thing. Someone find me a 3.4 shortblock...

Heads: http://www.ebay.com/itm/231813843161

And I think I ordered everything I'll need! Hoping to reuse my rocker studs.

Yep, the guy's including the 390cfm Holley that Edelbrock recommends. Still think it's weird they spent the time to develop an intake setup for a carb they don't have haha

Please please please port the crap out of those heads before you put them on. It's well worth the time.

I'd love to but it'd be my first time if I did, and I can't afford to have someone else do it! Going to have to do.
