Well, about the easiest thing to do is to drop the front crossmembers out of the cars and switch them, unless you really want to fight with the front A-arms. The nuts for the engine mounts are behind the front leg of each a-arm. The wiring harness is simple... Pull the hush panel under the dash on the passenger's side and the kick panel. Disconnect the multi-wire C207 under the dash and the ECM. You will see where the harness comes through the body. There is a clip there that pulls straight up and out, but you may need a screwdriver or something to get it to move. The wiring harness disconnects from the heater box harness behind the left side of the back of the plenum (looking at the engine from the front, left being the #1,3,5 side), and if you're going to pull the engine and trans in one piece, from the C100 on the driver's side under the relays and brake booster. There is a bolt in the middle of the C100, and it will come disconnected as you unbolt it. Also disconnect and remove the relay bracket, as you may need to swap it to the other body. Remove the power steering lines from the power steering gear, if still attached on the V8 car, and the cooler line underneath along with the pump if still attached. The V6 steering parts need to be swapped as the hard lines on the V8 are different, and the V8 bracket doesn't fit on the V6.
