cat back exhaust question
I have a car that currently has a 2.8 V6 in it. My exhaust needs replaced in a bad way. I have a 350 that is not quite done but will be in next spring. My question is would a 3 inch cat-back system be to much for the 2.8L? That is what I was going to do once I had the 350 ready but I might do it sooner. Thanks for any and all input.

How dare you ask this, no just kidding.. Your best bet would be the Dynomax Catback and Catco High Flow Converter. You can get it all for under 200 bucks.. Your mileage will go up, your times will go down and your ride will sound sooooooo sweat.

Thanks for the replies. I figured this was done to death but I needed the advice. The reality is that I need to replace the exhaust way sooner than the V8 will go in and I want something that will work with the V8 and not be too much on the V6. Hence the 3 inch cat back system.

I'd rather run last in a full out race, than to NOT have run at all"
