This is the motor that they are putting into the new camaros and want wondering if anyone has put one of these into a third gen yet. i am wanting more power for my 1992 firebird and the 220k mile 3.1 isn't cutting it. I have read some post on here about uping the 3.1 but after looking at the prices of some mods need to get it anywhere close to the about 300 hp of the llt it would cost be about the same or more to up it than to buy the motor and computer for the llt. i am pretty sure that i will need some movement of motor mounts, and need something to make the motor fix my 700r4 trany, might even need make the wiring kit longer but still think it will be less money and hassle than uping the weak v6 i can now.
