Maybe we can see what the iron heads can really do now. After nuking mine I'm still curious what a wrung out iron head motor will do.

Re: My 3.4 t3/t4 Turbo Build
well the clutch is in and i got to take it for a little drive today since the weather warmed up to almost 40*
so far im happy with it, its a little grabby but its not bad at all. it slips just enough to make it streetable. im sure once i get used to it a bit there wont be any complaints from me.
im going to break it in as the company suggests so i didnt really do anything but normal driving but it is holding past where the stock clutch failed so two thumbs up so far

Re: My 3.4 t3/t4 Turbo Build
just a little teaser bump
nothing new really, its sitting on two flats in the garage. soon as it cools down im going to put the front end back on it and try to get some tires so that i can get it back on the road a little this year.
i bought a new truck so i dont see any real progress happening anytime soon...its a lifelong project ill get back to it eventually. At least the hood is on it

Lol its been 110-116 with heat index up here, it's stupid hot. I started it about a month ago and drove it to other side of garage. That's about as far as it has moved this year.

Re: My 3.4 t3/t4 Turbo Build
do u have pics showing how u filled the holes for the spoiler???
im debating eliminating the spoiler off mine, but i dont know yet.
somone had installed a firebird poiler on mine and drilled new holes, so even if i installed the original 3 piece one back on id still have 4 holes to fill

agree with 34blazer. Its the way to do it, or pay someone to do it. I was going to make a few sets to sell this winter but i figured most people didnt want to pay 450 bucks for front facing tube turbo headers....

Re: My 3.4 t3/t4 Turbo Build
yup everyone wants them but wont/cant pay for them , the problem with producing them in small numbers is the cost is high , and there arent enough ppl who want them to make mass producing them to get cost low worthwhile
