6/ 60 t-5 or t-56 bellhousing help
amy one know what years and what vehicals with the a t-5 or prefared t-56 trans bellhouing had the starter bump on both sides? this would be an awsome info for anyone using a fwd motor in a rwd applaction.

Transmission: 6-speed

Kind of difficult to do a six speed swap on a six as the input shaft spline counts are different... Unless one uses a clutch from an Astro (IIRC). I also would have said to check out a bell from a 2.5 Iron Duke in either an F-car or an S10/Sonoma, which does have the starter on the driver's side.
