Engine: 305 h/o /3.1 v6
Transmission: hybird turbo 350/t5 bog warner
Axle/Gears: non posi 3.73 / ls 3.42
v6/v8 t5 hydro assemebly differances ?

i did a search here on the board .
iam looking to find a hydro assembly for my v6 borg warner t5.
i can the hyrdo assembly for a v8 t5 work for my v6 t5?
i found the v8 t5 ones all day on ebay but none for the v6 t5.
i seen a fewe for 200 bucks plus shipping !
has anyone put one together for there v6 t5 ?

i wa thinkin about peicing one together if iam gonna pay around 220 for one !
something like braided lines with metal slave cly and a new cmc and rubber hose and clutch fluid resavior!
if anyone has part number or has a complete set-up like this

I couldn't remember if they were the same so I looked at Advance Auto website and the v6 and v8 master and slave cylinders are the same so the Ebay ones that are cheaper are good to go with .

I bought a complete pedal and hydraulic set off of eBay from a V8 when I did the T5 swap to my V6. Everything lines up and works fine. Just make sure you prime the slave cylinder by pushing the piston fully into the cylinder to bleed the air, slowly, and release it just as slowly.

What he said and if you are thinking of adding headers, go with the T56 assembly and the braided lines - to avoid "burn-through". Ask me how I know.....
