3.1 Idle Issues

I have a 1991 3.1 Camaro RS, Just Recently the intake manifold gasket was replaced and all the above gaskets. The car ran strong before besides an oil leak now that is gone. Replaced all plugs and wires and cap. And the IAC. Now to the problem that is getting me. The car idles high yet rough around 1500 2000 and before the gasket change the car idled high but smooth. Cannot put my finger on it but the rough idle is driving me nuts. No error codes on the computer either. I even checked the timing with the est bypass and it is set to 10 bdc. Any idea or sugestions? Thanks
