Injectors
Hey, there's really nothing on here about injectors,
besides that Ditch your stock injectors post, which ive read thru,
Question is.. my car is about to hit 120 K, runs gr8, but im
going to start doing things like A ported and polished / port/gasket matched intake, and headers, and want to know how many horse i can hope to get
out of the stock 15's ?
are there new modern 15 #'s that can go in, with no computer mods,
and give me power and economy benefits?

Re: Injectors
I'm running 3.1 injectors in my 2.8 and they are fine. They gave me a little more power in the top end, or atleast it pulled to higher RPMs. I haven't had any problems with them and my fuel economy went up actually but that may be in part to my old worn out 2.8 injectors.

Re: Injectors
15 lb/hr injectors on a v6 are good to ~150hp. 21 lb/hr would be good to ~220. You can raise the fuel pressure to get a little more flow out of the injectors you have. At 55psi stock injectors would flow 18.3 lb/hr.

Re: Injectors
Could I get a link to this "ditch your stock injectors" thread? I can't seem to find it through a search.
