Valve Cover and breathers

Is this the type of car you can use breathers on?
im thinking not, as per PCV valve.,

You can use a breather on any engine, but why would you want to? The valvecover tube sucks oil, fuel and water vapors out and combusts them, instead of letting them combine in the crankcase and create acids.
