Getting a heated 3 or 4 wire o2 tomorrow

I'll be looking for AC Delco, Denso, or Walker. These are the only brands I haven't read anything bad about. I might just go with the 4 wire, since I'm not sure about the integrity of my exhaust system's grounding.

If anybody know of another good brand, let me know. (A lot of people seem to have problems with bosch)

I can't order one either, my car is running weird with this soldered Ac delco o2 (had to lengthen the wire to make it reach and then removed the splice) , so I need it yesterday.

jst curious here but can you install a heated o2 on a 1 wire setup? would it have any real advantage vs the one wire?

yes the 2 extra wires on the 3 wire are ground and power, the power is just for the heater.unless u have a reason u need an 3 wire o2 it wont do u any good

Thanks btw. The reason I was wondering about other brands is in case my search results are limited tomorrow when I start calling around during lunch.

As for the exhaust ground, from what I've been reading the 4 wire o2's second ground wire is for the signal if you don't have good housing/exhaust gound.

From the luck I've had for the last couple months with this car, I wouldn't be suprised if my exhaust ground is messing up the o2 signal along with the lower o2 temp problem.

It's just the ways things are with my car.

Picked up a 4 wire denso today. Now I need a connector to stick on the end of the wire to plug in.
