3.1 Heads on a 3.4 Block?

Will it work? I can get the block for 200 dollars and the 3.1 heads i got in the garage are machined and port and polished with springs to match the cam. Will it work or will it suck?

I imagine it would work considering they are the exact same block.

Not quite, but if you dont have one right next to the other, you cant tell the difference.

Go get that block.

They are essentially the same; we used 2.8 heads (already ported, and with aftermarket springs) on Redraif's 3.4, with no issues.

Prior two replies are correct
Valve Springs are the key to the 3.1 60* heads you have. Have they been replaced?
