Suspension, lowering kits, who to use?

Alright, after checking the boards as best I could, I've figured my V6 can use one of two vendors for lowering kit; Suspension Techniques or Sprint.

ST will lower 1" front and back. Sprint will lower 1.75" front and back.

Summit sells ST for $214. I can get Sprint for $149. Fairly even, I guess.

Anyone have any comments about these vendors?

Also, I'd be replacing struts and shocks with Bilstein. These seem to be the most reputable.

Summit sells struts (S36-0201) for $177.97ea and shocks (B46-1021) for $74.97ea. Shocks are the sport type.

Any one have experience with these? Any pics with either of these lowering kits?

Thanks in advance.

Dave how much did yours lower?

As for the springtech, 1.75 drop, you can get on ebay for 109 plus shipping.

Sounds like shocks will be your killer.
Dont forget to get the lower control arm locators, adjustable panhard, and bumpsteer kit also.

dropped about 1.75 in the back and lifted the front almost an inch, lol. the front suspension was wasted. i threw on KYB GR-2 and gas-adjust w/ it. i think the listed drop is 1.5 up front and 1.75 in the back. if i wasnt at work, id post a pic for you

i didnt get mine from ebay, so i guess you can find them cheaper and dropzone has raised their prices somewhat, i got mine for $125 shipped.

I'm using DropZones, myself... got them off Ebay for $99. I like 'em - a HUGE stiffness increase in the front!

I have Eibach Sportlines- they are for a V8 application, but work just fine in my sixer.
