Who's got CTO-4115 on their v6?
Looks like my catalytic convertor gutted itself!
I'm so glad I lowered the car... In that snow NJ had a week or so ago, I drove over some snow that some idiot plow had pushed into the highway- and it forced my cat right off the y-pipe. Pulled over, forced it back on, went home. Next day I took a closer look- turned out my Y-pipe, right before the cat, was cracked almost 3/4 around! I assume that's because it's been dragging over every high speed bump and steep driveway since I lowered the car. So I welded it up, and put a few spot welds at the cat-to-y-pipe slip fit.
Damned cat fell off again, near my house. So I shoved it back on and limped into the driveway. I pulled the cat off, and used my tailpipe expander to bring the pipe back into round- and for kicks, I shined the flashlight inside- NOTHING! Just an empty steel case.
So I've gotta get a new cat... especially with emissions coming up soon. Last time the cat dropped like this was back in '98, and shortly after, I had to replace my dynomax cat-back b/c a pipe cracked at the muffler. I've still got that muffler in the backyard. I hope that old muffler has catalyst pieces inside!! If not, I've gotta change my current muffler out... dammit.
But- How's the flange at the back of CTO-4115? Does it mate up to the hanger at the rear of the trans? Does it come with the AIR tube crimped off already? (I don't have AIR so I wouldn't need it.) My current/gutted Products for Power cat had that tube capped off already.
Thanks!

I take it that's the p/n for a replacement cat. Here's a pic of the stock replacement I got from AZ:

Hope it's what you're asking for.

Oh, okay, yeah, I'm looking for specifics on the Catco. I thought a few people here had it? I guess not. The flange at the back of my current/self-gutted cat had two holes for the i-pipe connection, and two other holes for the hanger at the back of the trans. Looks like your flange has that same thing... I assume the Catco does... ? Anybody???

DO NOT BUY CATCO!!!
I work at a smog shop out here in California and damn near every car that comes in with a catco cat fails on emmissions, CO and NOx too high. That's how you know if a cat is on it's way out bacause it uses the CO to eat up the NOx, but when both are high comming through there, you know that the cat didn't do it's job.
Seriously, unless the thing is brand spankin' new, it doesn't do any good. We also have a muffler shop right behind us and the guy there says taht Catco is a one-pass unit. I don't think I can argue with someone that does that for a living.
