Are the bolts snapped? A junkyard will be your cheapest bet for that 90-92 digital EGR. I asked guys about the wiring for a digital EGR, hoping that my style (85-89) of vacuum EGR could be swapped on, but haven't heard any wire descriptions yet, besides that there are 4 wires. The vacuum EGR setup is cheaper.

the two bolts that hold the plate on to the manifold are fine it's three little screws that hold the egr valve on to the plate

busted egr valve

same thing happened on my '90 RS with the 3.1. Go to a salvage and pick up a valve off of a late 80's-early 90's BOP 3.8 v6. They are plentiful and are a direct bolt on replacement. Just take out the 2 bolts that hold the adapter plate to the exhaust manifold and bolt the entire assembly on. I got mine for $15 and the dealer wanted $400!!!

I knew there had to be a cheap alternative.
NOW if Tom would be (I hope I hope) able to offer the part number from the EGR he recently bought......
I need one for my 1985.
