Anyone Scared when at a stop light?
A couple of years ago, I was at a mall interesection about to turn when my car stalled. This is a long story so I will make it short. My car would not turnover to start. After having my car at local garage for 1 month, I gave up and had it towed to a dealer. My car had to be towed to the dealer 2 other times in the same day. 700 dollars later the dealership finally found the problem in 2 days. Turns out it was some bad wiring in the weatherpack terminal leading to the coil. Everytime I come to a stop light, specifically the ones with the four lane intersections with the 2 lane turning I become paranoid that my car is just going to stall and not start again. The Accel Box that I got after the incident keeps my car from stalling, but I am always worried, especially when I have the AC, and Stereo turned on a hot summer day. Anyone else have the same fears?
Also, my car only seems to have major problems in one particular instance, in the summertime, while daylight, on the weekend, and within a mile of where I live. Car runs like a gem every other time of the year except that one time.
