T-5 pressure plate to flywheel torque specs needed

I'm replacing my clutch and the oh-so-helpfull Chilton's manual just tells me to "torque to specs" without anywhere telling me what those specs are. I'm pretty sure that the last time I did this the Chevy dealer told me 15 ft/lbs, but I want to double check before I go through installing the trans. The last time i did the clutch I just tightened the bolts till they were all snug and the clutch negver released. After backing them off and re-torqueing them (to 15 ft/lbs?) it worked great for the last 90,000 miles.
