That's too much gear for a 350 TPI. 3.42 is about as far as you should go.
SOTP is significant, especially off the line if the car hooks up. It won't do a massive amount to your time in the ¼ though, maybe .3-.4 sec.

if i go with vortec heads or AFR 190's, a cam , and port and polish intake, runners, plenum and headers would the 3.73's work or would i still be better off with 3.42's. im not going to go to the track every weekend but it is not a daily driver. i want a strong running car that hooks that has decent et's. the 2.73's seams to cause my f-body to fall on its face with a stock motor.

We have plenty of options. I can tell you what our customers prefer, or you can scout the sites to see what people are using. I think I walk on eggshells trying to post specifics here, since 1) I do not want to be perceived as an unwelcomed solicitor and 2) some people think that being contrary is a sport. You are welcome to ask us for details. We have plenty of options and want you to get what's best for you. Visit www.rearman.com .
