Flywheel Removal???

Where do I start when removing my Flywhell for 91 chevy camaro manual trans. TBI V8

Car: 84 Z28
Engine: L69: cam and porting
Transmission: T5, 3.73 rear
Remove the trans, then the clutch. Be careful not to drop the car on you while you are under there!!

Is the flywheel for Manual and Auto trany the same? thanks...

Transmission: Tremec TKO
Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt 3.73
No, the flywheel on a automatic's actually called a flex plate.They're totally different.
