Axle/Gears: 2,7x -> 3.00 or 3.50
Transmission shifting at high rpm, TV Cable settings?
I have stage 3 raptor TH700 in my TA. I did adjust the TV Cable and everything seemed to be fine.
When I am at WOT it shifts from 1-2 without problems but it did not shift from 2-3 untill I let go at 6000 rpm (my MSD6AL did stop my engine from going to higher rpm). It shifts normally under light and moderate throttle (its only happens at WOT).
Could this be a TV cable problem?

If the TV cable is tight at WOT, and the 1-2 shift is ok at WOT, and the 2-3 shift at WOT is not ok, then you are starting to lose the 3-4 clutch pack. To keep this from happening anymore add the Corvette servo and the larger main boost valve, at a minimum. In the meantime do not let this happen again, as it will finish off the 3-4 clutch pack.

I have only driven the transmission 42 miles since it was installed (bought it from transmissioncenter). I have only once floored it with those results. Its the stage 3 transmission and everything is supposed to be really strong (they say its good for 650 hp/650 ft lb). Could it be that I am starting to lose the clutch pack so soon?

Another Raptor transmission problem....... This is getting common with their units. Call them immediately on this. Hope you have a "good" warranty on this.

Seems like it, I am going to floor it again and keep a close look at the rpm, perhaps I was wrong.
If its a transmission problem then I am in troubble, bought it from them few years ago for my project but am really starting to drive now (and did import it to Iceland). The transmission has only been used a few time and I have only driven around 42 miles since I installed it.
They have been nice with everything I have asked them for in the past so I can only hope...
