2200-2500 vs 2500-2800 stall 700r4

I know this has been talked about but i cant find anyone with my cam setup and motor and rear end so I ask you guys which is better. I have a 383 stroker motor, a PRO BUILT 700r4 tranny, comp cam 268/280 224/230 477/480, lobe 110. hyd flat tap I also have a 3.73 rear end disc posi. I am looking for more off the line power I still like drivability but it is going to be a weekend car or 1-2 times a year at the strip. My tranny guy said to get a 2100 stall but I have trickflow 195cc 64cc chamber heads air gap intake and 770cfm carb I feel like 2100 would just not cut it? so help me out LOL thanks guys. 2200-2500? or 2500-2800? you help me choose.

Difference negligible - either would be fine.

pretty much. Your tranny guy would know best. Is it Dana at pro built? I think you could go with either. if you want it more street friendly maybe go the lower so in theory you might have a little less slip. but without knowing the diameter of the converters its really hard to say for sure. I say get whatever you want for a better price. I know you were looking at some in the for sale section. If you want a great converter get a Vigilante but its going to cost you 800 bucks or so.
