Th350C Questions....
I have a TH350C I plan on building up & using the lock-up on it too. I gonna put it behind a 400sbc w/ aprox. 500hp. so I was wondering..
1. If any body out there has had luck w/ an install like this w/ 500hp or more?
2. If so do you use the lock-out & was there any special mods you had to make? & Do you like it?
3. What size of Diameter & Range of Torque Converter did you use or what would you recommend?
Thanks guys, Mike

Re: Th350C Questions....
I'm not sure that the TH350 had internal accomodations for a lock up converter, thus the release of the 700R4. There might be someone that makes a kit or something, but I have no idea - from the factory it does not have the provisions for a locking converter.

Re: Th350C Questions....
The TH350C.. Did come w/ a lock-out convertor. It was found in larger pick-ups from the late 1970's in to the early 1980's it was the big brother to the 700r4.

Re: Th350C Questions....
My understanding is that it's harder to find parts than the non-lockup Turbo 350. And in all honesty everyone I've ever heard of that had a th350c scrapped it it going after performance. I'd you decide to try it I wish you good luck and keep us posted on how it goes.
