Well I'm trying to finish this swap but I keep running into problems...
The throw out bearing isn't aligned properly. I have the bigger side of the throwout bearing facing the pressure plate.
Also when not disengaged the throwout bearing has pressure on it cause I can't move it.

Ok just did mine today. I think your problem might be that on the ball that holds your fork in there are two things that go below it. I bet it's just not on there right one of the little clip things might be above and the other below.
