Rough shifting in the T5 NWC

OKay so i recently rebuild my T5 NWC new counter shaft input shaft and master rebuild kit bearing and brass syncros.. i also installed a new clutch and pressure plate(its mechanical clutch) the issure im having now is that the tranny really seems to have some issue changing gears going into first can be tough as well as reverse last night i tried to go into reverse and it seemed like i was useing no clutch at all i had to shut the car off then put it into reverse and start it back up.

The adjustment is almost at the end of the rod i have aout half an inch left on it ...anyway thakn

Re: Rough shifting in the T5 NWC

Adjust it out further to see if it helps.

Re: Rough shifting in the T5 NWC

This is a clutch problem, not a trans problem. What clutch did you use?
