Best year T-56 that will work in a thirdgen?

What's the best year T-56 to use in a thirdgen? The LS1 ones seem to be as cheap as the LT-1 ones but I'm wondering if there are any major differences or if the LS-1 ones will work in my GTA at all..

Thanks

LS1 T56's won't bolt up to your block. Don't get a 93 though. They had some problems and the ratios weren't as good as 94 and up. Otherwise 94-97 are all the same and is what you want.

T56 - SIX-speed

3 inch Flowmaster catback
I love pissing those LS1's off

Yep, 94-97. 93 has a different gear ration and a lower max torque rating, but will still work.
