Help Clunking in Transmission all new parts?

I was giving it the gas down the road then all of the sudden a fast clunking is coming from the transmission , you only hear it when you drive like a wrench is stuck in a fan blade or something. I looked on the transmission and it feels like that dust cover is gone ? all my transmission parts just got rebuilt. and replaced new so it shouldnt be that, one of the bolts on the crossmember is loose on driver side but shouldnt make it loose. This all happened last year after my incident with great canadian oil change in previous posts. the transmission guy that fixed their mess up said everything was loose? maybe something rattled loose? i always have that problem with this car. it drove fine for a bit but then this happened not even 100 km on a brand new clutch kit and internal parts and mesh 4 the tranny. what could this be what to look for?

Not really. The TQ and Flexplate would eat it up and mess stuff up wouldn't it?

okay I put it on stands and put the car into drive, and it kind of seems like one of the u-joints or maybe even the diff may be making this noise any way you can tell if the u-joint is gone or the diff?
