Quick question about B&M T5 shifter

Engine: 305 TPI, 305 Carb-finally runs!
Transmission: TH-700R4/BW WC T-5
Axle/Gears: 3.73 posi 4th gen 10-bolt/BW 9 bolt
Quick question about B&M T5 shifter

I have a T5 in my 88 GTA and whoever I bought the trans from put a B&M shifter on it (I was told it was a Ripper), and also added a tacky 8 ball handle. I would like to change it to jsut a stock vinyl one, Modern Day Muscle has one for $10 new. My question is, are the threads for the handle the same on a B&M as they are stock? Thanks....

Yes, thread on M16 x 1.50mm. I like the B&M Hammer. If you wish, check my Car Details below for a pic.

doesn't look bad, but what i want is a plain ball shifter with a clear inset on top i can put a pontiac logo or firebird logo behind. i think i found one, here it is:
