driveshaft very close to exhaust

Car: 1992 camaro rs convertable
Engine: 350 tbi
Transmission: auto
Axle/Gears: 3:08 posi
driveshaft very close to exhaust

i just installed a aluminum d/s in my 92 camaro,its very close to the exhaust,anyone have this problem?

Have you driven the car yet? You'd probably hear it rubbing while you were driving if it did. After you drive it, crawl under the car and it will be obvious if it did rub.

Unless it hit's it your fine.
The only way you would have a problem is if the u-joints broke, or the exhaust hangers let the exhaust swing into it.

i havent driven it yet cause snow,sand,rain,winter...but if it dosent touch while the car is not moving how about when im going 60mph?

i think the only time you might could encounter a problem would be if you hit a bump or something that pushed the driveshaft into the exhaust or something of that sort

That pic has way more room than mine...and I have NEVER had problems with it.
If yours doesn't touch, rub or make noise when driving...you're good.
