b&m pn 30299 will fix all your problems ,except the drive shaft, not sure if it'll work with the 400 without being shortened.

I used the Hurst T400 kit from Jegs. ~$125. After you get the tranny installed, then measure for the correct length drive shaft. I used an old T400 Chevelle drive shaft and had it shortened and balanced ~$100 and the correct u-joints ~$50.

Currently installing 3.73's into my 9 bolt (YES,it is a 9 bolt & YES they are 3.73's, not 3.70. 4.11's to follow soon )

Spohn Performance at the top of this screen. One-stop-shopping for the best pieces you can possibly get.

Well, you'll also need to wire a kick-down switch, which mounts behind the throttle arm (Summit), with ignition-switched power.

Alright, you'll also need to do something about the shifter. Great time for a B&M console MegaShifter or Hammer.
