After my 700r4 took a dump,I purchased a new kit from this Dana guy because everyone says that he is "good guy to deal with" and he sells nothing but high quality parts.He priced me the rebuild kit for a little over $400,which included 4 quarts of pro-fluid.Dana persuaded me to buy another 7 quarts of fluid @ $6 a quart and a 26,000 gvw cooler for a grand total of $466.
When my package finally came in,everything was there except the trans cooler,after inspecting the receipt I dicovered that he had charged me for 11 quarts of fluid($66)and there was no mention of the cooler.I thought no big deal ,I will call him and point out his error.I talked to him in early dec.and he acknowledged his mistake and said he would send it asap.It is now Feb.17 and I still haven't recieved it.I have gotten every excuse under the sun but still have no cooler.He last emailed me on Jan.19th,in which he told me that apparantly his workers had not shipped it as they said they had," I will ship it myself this week".Guess what,no cooler and he has not bothered to reply to any of my emails since the 19th.I have waited for him to make this right but since he will not reply,I am posting it here because he frquents this forum.Every time he posts something,he says "Glad too help" at the end of it,I say "yeah right".
I have saved his email so that I can validate my claims here,for any non believers.

Give him a call and talk to him. I am sure that he will make this right for you....

I have spoken to him on the phone about a month ago,and he said he would get it right out.No cigar.
