Centerforce DF Clutch chatter

Installed my Centerforce DF clutch and initially it made quite a racket. I drove the car 2 miles and it has settled down substantially but still comes and goes. The flywheel was resufaced (this is the 2nd time) T/O and pilot bushing were replaced.

I'm wondering on the most likely cause. Flywheel getting too thin? Those funny balancing weights on the DF clutches? I don't think I left behind any oil to contaminate the surfaces...

Thanks,
Jon
