Re: tci street fighter 700r4
Overpriced, but it'll live in a 3500 pound camaro with a mid-12-second TPI 355 combo with nitrous, a TCI 3000 stall, and a 3.42:1 on 26x10 slicks. Beyond that I couldn't say. If you haven't already bought it, I'd strongly recommend www.700r4.com, which can also be found as www.bowtieoverdrives.com Better stuff at a better price.

I am looking at the Rebuild kit. The same used in the TCI Street fighter. I can pick the kit up for under $300.

Good kit, good instructions, as far as they go, but you better get a book as well. I did this with TCI's best master overhaul kit for the 4L60E in my '95 Z28, and it was nice to see the 9-clutch upgrade was included. I would do that again. I love TCI's parts, I just hate what they charge for labor.
