9 Bolt BW Rebuild - What parts will I need?
The BW 9-bolt rear, 3.27, in my 1989 GTA is not working as it should be. Most of the time I'm now only getting one wheel hooking up rather than the traditional two black lines.
I want to minimise the downtime the car suffers whilst this is fixed and was wondering what parts I will definitely need and the others I may need.
I figured that these parts listed below from Summit are a good starting point for the strip down and reassembly:-
Ratech 332TK Complete Ring and Pinion Installation Kits $154

Ratech 6130 left axle seal $19

Ratech 6131 right axle seal $19

Ratech 9107 axle bearing - Two of. $32 each.

Will this kit include enought shims for reshimming the rear? Should I buy more of them? Is it likely that I will need a new posi?
I've tried contacting the new 9bolt.com but have had no luck. I'm starting to wonder if it'd be easier in the long run to go for a Moser 12bolt. All ideas and suggestions are welcome.
Many thanks!

I rebuilt mine, but you can rebuild everything and reuse most of it. If your Posi doesn't work anymore, you take it all apart, mill out the groves on the posi cones, then you shim it untill all play is removed, then clean everything and reassembly it. You need to remember which side everything goes on though.
