You didn't actually ask a question here..
Anyway, the diagnosis lists 26 possible causes for this condition, apart for 5 things regarding the valve body, and the obvious linkage adjustment.

I rebuilt it haha.
Well its working now. Dont ask how I fixed it I just came down te next day and it worked. I am thinking fluid needed time to get in there?
Now I just have a wine when I am driving it.

A glass or two of red wine always helps, but you really shouldn't be drinkin & drivin u know! ![Wink](https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Just kidding..![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
I don't think the fluid needs much time, maybe something was stuck. I wouldn't trust the tranny to last forever, so maybe better be prepared..
I quoted from a big GM Chevrolet Caprice & Monte Carlo Service Manual.
It has most everything except wiring diagrams..

Re: No Reverse 700R4 Just Rebuilt
You probably had a stuck valve. If you have a whine you obviously got a bearing or bushing whining or somthing, i wouldnt trust it for real long either.
