ok put a TRANSPACK shift kit in my 700r4 and the pressure regulator valve was assembled right but i used the stock spring instead of the one in the kit and now my car wont shift until redline and even then i got to punch it.... i just put a new tv cable and though i still have to dial it in it was SEMI adjusted so i dont think that is the prob..... could this spring be whats not letting it upshift because of low pressure? All help is appreciated

usually high pressure is what keeps them from shifting. how did you adjust the tv cable? did you use the gas pedal or did you do it at the throttle body. one or two clicks on that thing makes a huge difference. i don't know anything about the transpack shift kits. i only use transgo.
