Pro-Built trans

Hi all. New to the site and have a question for all that are running a pro-built trans. I have a small block 406 running nitrous that goes mid tens and am wondering how the pro-built transmissions are holding up? Making my decision to buy soon and want to get the scoop from the users!!

Car: 87 Monte Carlo ss
Engine: ZZ4 1.5 rollers 650DP
Transmission: Probuilt 700-R4
Axle/Gears: 8.5 GN 3.42
My 700r4 from Dana handles my zz4 with no problems but you are talking 500+hp easily.I have seen one of Dana's pro-built 700r4s behind a zz502 and they make 502hp and 560+ftlbs of torque and the guy said he put over 10,000 miles on it with several track runs.(Dana is the owner of pro-built).Call Dana and he will give you the advice you need.He can build 700r4's that handle 600+hp but it is the torque that kills the tranny.
If you get a tranny from Dana at probuilt you can bet that it is built strong and he will tell you straight up if his trannys can handle the power you have.Worth every penny.
