Sometimes it's scary when someone asks a question so close to home... I had the same exact problem a while ago, 275/60/R15 tires, 3.23 gears, T-10 trans.
you can use my spreadsheet to do the math:

You have the same setup as me basically, as far as gearing and tire size, and my T-10 uses the same style gear as a TH350. So chances are, you'll be looking at the same thing as me: you want a 9 tooth drive, and 21 tooth driven, I think. That's bang on. I called up Don, at the transmission center. They didn't have the 9 tooth driven for a T10 (inner splines, as opposed to the TH350 style), so I had an adapter made up, $140, locally.
ah, found the link:
Speedometer Gears, Speedometer Gear, Ford, GM, Dodge 700R4
about 3/4s the way down. Like I said, phone and talk to Don, he knows his stuff. GM also will carry the gear you need, if you have a 9 tooth drive in it. I am not sure if you need the 21 tooth driven though, that depends on what your current drive gear is. If you want, pull out your cable, and see what color your current drive/driven are, and call him up with that. It's hard to count the teeth on the gear in the tranny (drive), but the color will tell how many teeth it has.

ok thanks, my tranny is leaking a little bit and i'm trailering the car off to a tranny shop next week to get it all fixed up. i'm sick of pouring in fluid once every week or two to fill it back up since it sits in the garage under a cover most of the time.
