engine in and running, clutch wont disengage

i just got done installing a 406 in my iroc which originally was a 305/5spd. I retained the 5speed, but had to install a 1/8 thick balancer plate to acommodate teh 400 (externallybalanced) with the neutral balanced 305/350 flywheel. everything else trans wise is stock new slave and master, and bled, and bled, and bled, and bled

I cannot disengage the clutch. I can start the car in gear, but it wont come out of gear and the car barely tries to move. is the clutchassy moved farther back into the trans affecting teh function of the slave cyl? do i need a shorter pushrod since the fork is pushed closer to the slave cylinder and the stock length rod is putting pressure on the slave? i installed a 1/8 longer rod and had no affect on the condition

help please, i want to drive this thing, its been too long

thanks
