Car: 85 camaro z28
Engine: 305
Transmission: auto to manaul
pedals sensors

just got my clutch pedals 4 my t5 swap. can someone tell me wat are all the sensor on the pedals are? especally the one on top of the clutch pedal, i know the one on the botom is the clutch safety switch?

Car: '89 Firebird Formula
Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: T5
they changed appearance and position through the years

the clutch pedal should have the neutral safety switch that gets activated when you full depress (some had this funky pull style switch, others have a button)
the other one should be the cruise control switch

then the brake switch on the brake pedal

cool thanks 4 the info. one more dumb question, wat make you be able to take the car out of park, when ur foots on the brake?

a 3rdgen camaro will not have that feature.. more of a safety thing newer cars have

however automatics have the shifter linked by a cable to your ignition, so you cant pull it out of park without the key on, and you cant take your key out till its in park..

My '88 had that feature. Couldn't shift until you pushed the brake pedal.
