check ball stuck

I am doing my trans go kit in my 4l60e and noticed one of the check ***** stuck in the seperator plate (hole is stretched upward a little).

Am I ok to just gently reflatten the plate, or do I need a new one?

If anybody is able to respond quickly, I would really appreciate it, as I am in the middle of this project now and am stuck.

Thanks alot for any help!

Get a new one. The MOST you will spend to buy it is $20. Transgo makes a great, thick, better than oem plate .
