Those with Lakewood Bellhousings

In the middle of my install, have the bellhousing on the back of my motor and trying to install my tranny. Now theres 8 holes drilled, 4 for 0 degree and 4 for 17. Now the problem I am having is that with the stock 12mmx1.75 bolts it seems to only fit into the 0 degree holes and then my tranny mount is sitting all crooked. So by making sure the tranny mount is parallel with the ground I would have to use the other holes but the 12mmx1.75 bolts do not fit in it. Im pretty sure they are 12mmx1.5 . Now my question is this. Does this sound right or should it screw into the holes that have teh 12mmx1.75 bolts and my motor just tipped to one side (doesnt look like its that, but could be wrong). Or did you guys have to get new bolts as well? Thanks yawll appreciate it.

FOr use with the stock T-5 and mounts you need to use the slanted holes, 17 degrees. The bolt threads I am not sure about. Check the Lakewood web sote for more details. Just get the right bolts.

I ran into the same problem, I just got some bolts to fit. It is strange that the holes were different I agree. Did Lakewood ever answer back? Curious...

no, they didn't, before you f*ck up the threads bro, the 0 degree ones reuse the original m12x1.5 bolts or what ever the thread is, the ones you need ARE SAE, 7/16 course thread. It was a bitch goin under the car and re tapping 3 out of the 4 holes i needed to use.
