Transgo shift kit- TV Boost Valve Arghhh!!!!
Now the Transgo video makes this step look like NO PROBLEM!!! Well I notice there is a fade between the guy holding the assembly and then installing the snap ring so I KNOW he had the say PITA problem that I'm having. Can't get the assembly far enough in to attach the snap ring.
I already assembled the trany once thinking the snap ring was in place. When I tried to shift...NOTHING. After pulling the pan off the whole TV boost assembly fell into the pan. The snap ring wasn't seated right. Any tips...tricks.....????? Other than "well just make sure the snap ring is seated" would be appreciated.

i did mine last year and its the only time ive touched one so i cant remember too much but theres 2 steps in the hole there
and the snap ring gos into the 2nd one, i guess alot of people get fooled on that and stop at the first
also i recall having a hard enough time getting it in far enough to even see the 2nd step at first, i think i just had to plunge it in and out quite a few times until i managed to get it to go in far enough
