m12 or rochmond 6?

Which one of these is the better transmission for accelleration, top speed, and hp/tq handling? I want something that will do well off the line, but I also want it to cruise easilly at around 80 mph with a reasonably low rpm. The main thing I want to know though it wich one can handle hp/tq best with out it being too much? I want something that can handle a good amount of horse power so I won't have to worry about it later in the game if I decide to go that route, hopefully around 500hp. If neither of these will do the trick, what is a better one? any opinions or info?

The M21 is a step under the M22 but some people like them go figure, I have one in my malibu but dont plan on changing it anytime soon. The ROD-6 speed is fine also and will give you better all around perfromance with higher top speed and lower RPM. Either one will explode if abused so if your looking for the stoutest manual transmission look for a Jerico.

so I guess "bullet proof" means only if its shot in certain places? basically, I'm hearing that the richmond six is a better buy for a six speed. does Jerico have a six speed? what's good price wise?
