TCI torque converters???

Hey guys i got a TCI Sizzler torque converter the other day from a friend that we striped a 88 gta and the guy before him replaced the TC with the TCI unit and has very little miles from what i was told. but how much of a difference is that over the stock 700r4 converter say for a 1991 z28 with 350tpi? the pn is 242738 - 700/4l60e sizzler, lock up converter, 30 spline, stall speeds esti. are 1600-1800 but not sure thats what TCI website says.

If my brother doesnt want it ill put it in the classifids.

Stock stalls at about 1500-1600, so if that one stalls at 1600-1800, I think you'd be wasting your time. It must be some kind of "stock replacement" dealy
